In a world of increasing chaos and noise, there is a growing need for spaces where individuals can go t quite the mind.
Innser Space is an initiative of the Brahma Kumaris that provides a reflective and calm environment, right in the heart of the city. Accessible for local communities and businesses. A range of courses & workshops to help you detach from daily pressures and learn a more positive approach to life.
Manchester Inner Space is just one in a chain across the UK. Each Inner Space is thoughtfully and lovingly designed to create a feeling of welcome. As a service to the community, Inner Space charges no fees for any of its activities. It is funded by voluntary contributions and run by an extensive network of trained volunteers, who are committed to making a difference.
Opening times Monday - Saturday 8:00am - 6pm Sunday by arrangement.
