Consciousness and Carl Jung:
Does consciousness constitute an all-encompassing field that permeates everything?
Does it work as an energy that supports us during in our life.
Are we conscious beings that shape our environment through the thoughts we act upon through our body and all its foibles that we have learnt since birth?
Do we use the field to create our earthy experience giving us our individual pathways?
There is no evidence of this being a truth, it is a concept only.
***
There does not seem to be any kind of conclusion about consciousness and awareness and how it links to our life.
We all have our own idea about our awareness and where it might come into the equation of consciousness, but still haven't come to any kind of conclusion about consciousness itself
***
The level of consciousness we experience in our daily lives could be the same consciousness that permeates the universe. Consciousness may represent a universal energy source, potentially extending beyond our universe.
***
Individually each person has their own connection to it, which they use in their life to make their life worthwhile and work to give them their experiences in the holographic world that they've created on planet earth.
***
There is another question about the unconscious mind Carl Jung wrote excessively about it in his lifetime in the 1930s. He suggested that the unconscious is far larger than consciousness itself. Could the unconscious also be understood as an all-pervading source of energy, or is it made up of aspects of consciousness that exist within us but remain outside our awareness?
***
We begin life with only a small amount of conscious awareness and a much larger unconscious mind. We spend our lives expanding this by exploring, understanding, and bringing parts of the unconscious into awareness.
***
Carl Jung often discussed dreams and how the unconscious mind manifests through them. He also explored how upbringing and life experiences shape our thoughts and behaviours. These ideas are now widely used by therapists and psychologists.
***
The theory proposes that dreams can provide access to the unconscious mind. By examining them, individuals may gain insight about these feelings and bring them into conscious awareness.
***
That is his theory and that's what I've been working on all these years, I totally did that when I was learning Tai chi and chi kung, my teacher used to ask us to write our dreams down.
***
When you wake up in the morning you know you're in a dream, but the minute you're really awake you forget it, but what Jung said, is you have a pencil and paper by the bed and the minute you open your eyes you write down what's in your mind whether it's a smell, a colour, a feeling, a picture, or two or three words.
***
Later, once you are awake, you can revisit those words and return to the dream to interpret what your conscious mind may be communicating. This is the method I used and was taught, and it proved effective.
***
I am not a psychologist, nor do I provide care for others. However, if you are experiencing difficulties, consider reflecting on your dreams or seeking support from a qualified professional.
***
Carl Jung suggested that dream symbols can carry different meanings. For example, dreaming of a forest might represent one’s ancestors, while feeling unhappy in the forest could reflect inherited emotional burdens that do not belong to the dreamer and can be released.

There are many ways to find help these days. Look for the right teacher or person and trust your instincts when deciding whom to turn to.
