Jude Currivan has written several books, mainly about the way we as Human Beings interact with the universe. In this her sixth book, Jude Currivan looks at the various developments in Science which are linked in some way with our own consciousness and argues that we do not just have consciousness but actually are consciousness itself.

She uses the metaphor of a recipe to show how this works in practice. So it’s all very well having the right ingredients, but it is also necessary to use the right bowls, measuring jars, etc and then actually mix them in the correct way. If you do this you will end up with “a Universe that is perfect for us”.

Jude looks at the cutting edge sciences of things like quantum physics, evolutionary biology, cosmology and a whole lot more to show that in essence all of reality is really information. What we do with that information is how our world will evolve in the future - either destruction or Heaven on Earth.

I found the book both readable and coherent, with plenty of useful references to how all this fits together, blending cutting edge Science with ancient wisdom. Those who have read Jude’s other books will not be disappointed.
